The Arnold Expo will return in 2024 with hundreds of stands of the latest in sports equipment, apparel and nutrition and three stages that host unique, non-stop competitions and entertainment that combine to make the Arnold Fitness Expo the heart of the Arnold Sports Festival UK.

Held at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) in Birmingham, England, the Arnold Expo hosts a variety of strength competitions and exhibitions over the weekend.

The Arnold IFBB Pro League Meet & Greet is your chance to get a picture and an autograph with the biggest stars of the IFBB Pro League.
