Amateur Arnolds Strongman Competition 2026!
27th-29th March 2026.

Please note which day you will be competing on.

FRIDAY: NOVICE
SATURDAY: INTERS
SUNDAY: MASTERS & OPENS

Included in your comp entry is a weekend wrist band (worth £84.00) which gives you full access to the Arnolds Sports Festival at the NEC.

The competition will commence at 10am on each day, with the athletes briefing being held at 9am. ALL athletes MUST attend this briefing to be able to compete.

Wristbands will be available for collection from 8.15am at the NEC – location TBC. ID will be needed.

All athletes must sign in and collect their comp t shirt before the athletes briefing begins. Comp T-shirts MUST be worn at all times when competing. Grip tops can be worn underneath. Sponsor logos must not be removed.

EVENTS

EVENT 1:
DEADLIFT FOR REPS - 75 secs

Cerberus deadlift bar. Suits can be worn. No coloured chalk, white chalk only. All straps allowed.

EVENT 2:
CERBERUS HUSAFELL SANDBAG CARRY -15M-15M

Pick up will be from the floor, bag to be carried 15m there, 15m back, no drops.

Soft belts only, grip tops can be worn under comp t-shirt. No coloured chalk, white chalk only.

EVENT 3:
AXLE FTOH FOR REPS - 75 secs

Cerberus Axle bar, floor to overhead every rep. No coloured chalk, white chalk only. Grip tops can be worn under comp t-shirt.


EVENT 4:
STANDSTONE TO SHOULDER FOR REPS – 90 secs

Cerberus Sandstone. Soft belts only, grip tops can be worn under comp t-shirt. No coloured chalk, white chalk only.

EVENT 5:
SUPER YOKE- 15M-15M

15m, drop & turn, 15m. Grip tops can be worn under comp t-shirt. No coloured chalk, white chalk only.

FARMERS (NOVICE WOMEN ONLY)

15m, drop & turn, 15m. No coloured chalk, white chalk only.
